Inspired News: Japanese Commuter Train Rescue

Recently a woman in Japan fell between her commuter train and the track during rush hour.  She was pinned by the 32 ton train.  The crowd of commuters spontaneously came to her rescue, accomplishing in mass, one hand at a time what no one individual could have done.  They moved the train enough for her to be freed with minor injuries.

I was so inspired by the photograph of this huge crowd of strangers working together to save one woman’s life.  I hope you are as well.
