God Isn't Angry at You

I have an important message for you- God Isn’t Angry at You.

My name is Sherri Gragg. I am a Christian author, speaker… and storyteller. Through the power of story, I take my readers on a journey to discover just how much God loves them in what I like to call “Bible Stories for Grown Ups.”

In my first book, Arms Open Wide: A Call to Linger in the Savior’s Presence, we traveled to first-century Palestine to sit at the feet of Rabbi Jesus. We watched as he healed the sick, fed the hungry, and told his own stories about the Kingdom of God.

This past November, my readers and I began a new journey in Advent: the Story of Christmas. This time, we walked alongside the men and women of the Bible as each of them play their part in the story of Redemption. We began in a Garden in Eden as our first parents face sorrow and exile. Then, with the final chapter, we entered the Temple courts in Jerusalem as a 12-year-old Savior argued the finer points of the law with the Pharisees. (And gave his parents a heart attack in the process when he skipped out on the trip home to Nazareth, and was MIA for days.)

Your Story and Mine

This blog is about these stories and so many others, but they have one important truth in common- God isn’t angry at you. Honestly. As a matter of fact, God’s love for us is higher, wider, and deeper than we ever could imagine.

And that, my friend is my story… and yours too.

Rest in Mercy,

Sherri

  2. Sherri-

I would really love to email you. I have curiosity questions. MORE than that though, I wanted to tell you that I read all of March and April’s posts … your adoption story. I loved it. So much of what you said just gripped my heart, the truth of the test of adoption and the faith required to get through it and how big God is … and on an on. I don’t get enough time to read and tonight I took a couple of hours and read your blog. It is beautifully written and wonderfully honest.

I searched for an email address but don’t see one. If you’re open to some Haiti questions, adoption questions … please let me know. TL7inhaiti@yahoo.com -Tara
